How it Works & What's Included:
To kick-off your subscription to the Community Impact Program, we will come to your office and present the program to employees. We'll walk them through the many program features, opportunities and answer any questions they have.
Each month we provide your business with a calendar of over 10 ways to make a positive impact in PBC by volunteering. Employees can pick and choose, and sign up to join us at as many volunteer events as they'd like. For every volunteer event, we provide a designated volunteer host or contact, to help lead your team members and maximize team engagement.
Business will receive exclusive access to the Community Impact Program membership page, which tracks your team's volunteer sign-ups, hours, local impact, and is home to charitable marketing content to use as you wish (including images of your staff volunteering and videos). We even will select a suggested volunteer of the month from your team based on their stats for you to feature! On the membership page employees will have exclusive access to our Community Impact Program sign-up portal where employees can seamlessly sign up for volunteer opportunities that interest them and fit their schedule. All details for the event are easily accessible, including dress-code, meeting location, volunteer event description, and information about the nonprofit/ cause.
We keep track of your teams impact in The Palm Beaches and deliver monthly impact stats, along with pictures and videos of your team volunteering that you can use to internally build morale, share publicly on your website and social media, and in your company newsletters.
In addition to off-site volunteer opportunities, we also work directly with local business's Volunteer/Outreach Coordinator, Marketing Manager, Hospitality Leaders, Human Resources Manager, Communications Manager, etc. to arrange up to 3 on-site volunteer events each year. Options include an office donation drive, packing food and hygiene kits in office, having a card station set up for employees to write notes of encouragement to be sent to US Troops, children in foster care, seniors and more!
All business who take part in our Community Impact Program will automatically become Community Partners with Volunteers of The Palm Beaches, and are featured on our social media and website, where we highlight their charitable giving to our organization of over 1400+ local PBC volunteers, and on our social media channels that combined reach over 5,000 locals weekly.
How to get started:
Monthly subscription costs to our Community Impact Program vary by work team size. Please see below categories, and purchase the subscription that fits your team size. Upon purchase, you'll be contacted by a Volunteer Coordinator to onboard your workplace, and get volunteering! All subscriptions renew monthly and are for a minimum of 6 months.
