Par-TEA at the Quantum House

In celebration of Mother's Day volunteers played chef for a day at the Quantum House and had a tea party for moms! The Quantum House is a caring and supportive home that lessens the burden for families whose children are receiving treatment in Palm Beach County for a serious medical condition. The House is where hope has a home for more than 1,000 family members every year. It's the only hospital hospitality house serving children and their families this way between Fort Lauderdale and Orlando, Florida. Their Chef for a Day program is a favorite among Volunteers of The Palm Beaches!

Volunteers made finger sandwiches, a variety of salads, chocolate covered strawberries a variety of teas & more. The tea bag toss and sugar cube stack games were also a hit with the kids! It was a fun morning for volunteers and families alike.
